The process towards promoting and regulating Early Childhood Education and Care Services in Malta has in the last years been proceeding at a steady pace, so as to meet the needs of both service-users and service-providers. The development and publication of an Early Childhood Education and Care National Policy Framework for Malta and Gozo, is a first step towards a comprehensive high quality ECEC provision in the Maltese context.
